Each beaded necklace is handmade with care and attention to detail.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your necklace arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To process a faulty item claim:

Email info@ciaomermaid.com with your order number.

Include clear photos showing the fault or damage.

Contact must be made within 14 days of delivery.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, I will offer one of the following:

A repair

A replacement (where possible)

A refund
Items must be returned in their original condition unless otherwise agreed.
